瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病效果与安全性比较

Comparison of the clinic effect and safety analysis of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病患者的效果及安全性。方法选取2012年3月—2015年10月收治的165例冠心病患者,随机分为观察组91例和对照组74例,观察组接受瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组接受阿托伐他汀治疗,两组均治疗12个月,比较两组疗效及不良反应,数据进行统计学分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)分别为(3.50±0.63)mmol/L、(2.15±0.38)mmol/L,对照组分别为(4.16±0.82)mmol/L、(2.67±0.49)mmol/L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(u=5.691、7.481,均P<0.05);观察组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)分别为(26.6±12.5)U/L、(23.3±11.3)U/L,对照组分别为(33.2±13.8)U/L、(30.7±11.8)U/L,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(u=3.186、4.083,均P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者应用瑞舒伐他汀调脂的疗效及安全性均优于阿托伐他汀,瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinic effect and safety analysis of Rosuvastatin and Atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 165 patients with CHD in our hospital from March 2012 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（91cases） and the control group（74 cases）, the observation group was given Rosuvastatin and the control group was given Atorvastatin. The clinic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol was（3.50±0.63） mmol/L,（2.15±0.38） mmol/L in the observation group and（4.16±0.82） mmol/L,（2.67±0.49） mmol/L in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（u=5.691, 7.481, P0.0）. Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase was（26.6±12.5）U/L、（23.3±11.3）U/L in the observation group and（33.2±13.8）U/L,（30.7±11.8）U/L in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（u=3.186, 4.083, P0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of Rosuvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease was much better than Atorvastatin, and it was worthy of clinic application.
