摘要
针对我国高校管理类专业在ERP课程教学中存在教学体系不系统、培养的毕业生与社会需求能力不匹配等问题,将三阶段能力梯度的培养思想引入ERP课程教学体系的创新之中,旨在逐步培养具备不同能力的ERP人才:人才培养目标体系设计部分完全体现了按认知、应用和研究三阶段逐步提升的能力梯度培养思路,课程体系建立部分探讨了与三阶段能力梯度培养相对应的课程设置,教学考核体系制定部分则保证了三阶段能力梯度教学目标的实现,通过强化教学、实验与实训的过程性考核,提高学生的学习积极性与主动性。初步应用结果表明,该教学体系在递进式ERP人才培养中取得很好成效。
The educational mode of tier system is useful for cultivate varies talents. Combined with proper competence ladder, through the corresponding training system, we can achieve tiers competence ladder level step by step. Since domestic economy and management specialty is unsystematic in ERP training, and the graduates cannot meet the needs of society, we have brought the concept of three stages competence ladder into the innovation of ERP training system and aimed to cultivate vary ERP talents. Designing the goal system is the reflection of three stages competence ladder, which is training, recognition, application and research; establishment of the training system needs to explore the curriculum setting of three stages competence ladder training; constituting the teaching assessment system will make sure that we can achieve the goal of three stages competence ladder training, take process assessment of teaching, practicing and training to inspire students learning initiative and action. The primary results show that the progressive training system has high performance in cultivating ERP talents.
