基于QFD的铁路货运高端产品体系设计

随着我国经济发展及产业结构的调整,高附加值货物已成为铁路货运发展新的增长点。现阶段发展和创新铁路货运高端产品是我国铁路推进货运市场化改革、实施多元化经营战略和发展现代物流的重要举措。阐述铁路货运高端产品的定义与内涵,探讨基于QFD理论的铁路货运高端产品体系设计方法,结合我国铁路货运发展实际,采用质量屋模型对铁路货运高端产品体系进行设计,为铁路调整货运产品结构、创新货运产品体系提供参考。

Following the economic development and industrial structure adjustment in China, high value-added freight transportation has become a new growth point of railway freight transportation development. At the present stage, the developing and innovating railway high-end freight product is an important approach of China railway to promote market-based reform of freight transportation, implement diversified operation strategies and develop modern logistics. This paper expounds the concepts and contents of railway high-end freight products, discusses the design method of the railway high-end freight product system based on QFD （Quality Function Deployment） theory. Combining with the actual status of railway freight transportation development in China, the paper designs the products by using quality house model, so as to provide references for adjusting freight transportation products structure and innovating in the freight transportation product system.
