摘要
本文针对当前国内外对工业化、信息化和绿色化互动问题研究的局限,基于物理学科中的耦合理论,探讨工业化、信息化和绿色化互动评价模型,并以2009—2015年中国省域数据为支撑进行实证检验和分析。经实证检验发现,本研究给出的工业化、信息化和绿色化互动评价模型是一种符合可持续发展理念的,比较科学、实用的评价模型,既具有较大的理论意义,也具有较大的实践意义。可以用于工业化、信息化和绿色化互动发展水平测度、评价和分析,为一国或一区域走上信息化与绿色化双支撑的新型工业化道路,最终实现可持续发展,提供决策参考和理论支持。
This paper aimed at the limitation of the research on the interaction among industrialization, inforrnatization and greenization, constructed an interaction evaluation model of industrialization,informatization and greenization based on the coupling theory in physics, and gave an empirical test and analysis on the support of Chinese provincial data from 2009 to 2015. The results confirms that the constructed comprehensive development indicators can accurately reflect the comprehensive development of China's industrialization, informatization and greenization;and the constructed interaction evaluation model of industrialization, informatization and greenization is scientific and comprehensive, coincidencing the idea of sustainable development. The model has considerable significance for theoretical innovation and practical application, which can measure, evaluate and analyze availably the interaction among industrialization, informatization and greenization, providing decision references and theory supports for a nation or a region to develop the new industrialization of the dual support of informatization and greenization, and to realize sustainable development ultimately.
