中医药医联体大数据管理平台构建研究

在大数据高度发展的信息时代,如何跨越不同管理体制和部门所有制,整合多种医联体模式,来实现医疗资源的最优组合和有效利用,是当前医联体模式需要解决的重要问题。构建中医药医联体大数据平台,为医联体提供支撑平台,建立标准体系,统一数据采集,数据开放,指标口径,数据接口等标准,成为规范的数据聚合和流通平台;平台为医联体提供可定制化应用模型库,轻松实现自主设计符合医院自身特色的医联体模式;利用大数据分析和挖掘技术搭建智能分级诊疗系统和学习型大数据专家库,更好地均衡、共享和优化医疗资源。

In the information age of the high devdopment of big data, how to bridge the different management systems and sector ownership, integrate a variety of conjoined patterns, to achieve the optimal combination and effective use of the medical resources are an important problem needs to solve for current medical model. In this paper, build medical couplet of＂ big data platform of traditional Chinese medicine, provide support platform, establish the standard systems, unify data acquisition, data openness, index caliber, data interface, so on, construct specification of data aggregation and distribution platform; the platform provide customized application model library for medical conjoined, easily achieve to design conforms to the characteristics of hospital medical model by itself~ use big data analysis and excavation technology built intelligent diagnostic expert system and the learning data classification, better balance and share and optimize medical resources.
