摘要
目的:探讨人因工程学在卫生信息技术中的应用。方法:整合了4种信息技术在医疗领域中广泛应用的系统及其存在的人因工程学问题。结果:卫生信息技术提升了医疗服务质量、加强了患者安全以及简化了医疗管理流程,同时也不可避免地引入了新的医疗风险。结论:从人因工程学角度分析卫生信息技术临床应用系统存在的使用问题,通过人因学方法及工具有针对性的提出人因学解决方案,使其更好地服务于临床。
Objective： To explore the application of human engineering in health information technology. Methods： Through the integration of human factors problems of four information technology systems, which are widely used in the medical field. Results： It enhances the quality of medical services, strengthens patient safety and simplifies health management processes, while introduces new medical risks inevitably. Conclusion： It analyzes the existing human factor problems in the application of health infomlation technology in the clinical application system, via human factors methods and tools puts forward the humanistic solution of the problems. Make it better to serve the clinical.
