Construction of the Non-war Military Operation Telemedicine Emergency System

目的:探索建立一套完善的非战争军事行动远程医疗应急体系。方法:建立指挥机构、制定应急预案、完善组网体系、构建军民融合平台、加强值班备勤和常态化演练。结果:在遇有非战争军事行动时,完善的远程医疗应急体系能够迅速响应,伤员能够得到及时救治。结论:非战争军事行动远程医疗应急体系建设将医疗救援指挥、医疗救援力量调度、医疗卫生资源整合等有效整合,提升了我院远程医学中心应急保障能力。

Objective： To explore the establishment of a complete set of no war military operations in remote medical emergency system. Methods： To establish the headquarters to develop contingency plans, improve the network system, the construction of civil military integration platform, strengthen the duty guard and regular exercise. Results： In the case of no war military operations, remote medical emergency system can improve the rapid response, the wounded can receive timely treatment. Conclusion： The no war military operations emergency system construction of remote medical rescue, medical rescue power scheduling, effective integration of medical and health resources, enhance the emergency response capability of remote medical center in our hospital.
