摘要
目的:建立掌上医生平台,实现全流程医疗信息服务,提高医疗质量和工作效率。方法:基于面向服务的体系结构进行设计,采用三层架构,通过无线网络、智能手机终端与医院业务信息系统数据库交互,实现医生不受时间地域限制的患者诊疗服务。结果及结论:平台应用能够有效地让患者得到更多及时、有效、安全的诊疗服务,实现医生对患者服务的扩展和延伸,推动了患者安全管理的持续改进,促进了医疗质量、效率和管理水平的提高,今后利用现有架构和资源还可以实现更为广泛的应用。
Objective： By setting up of Doctor＇s PDA platform and achieving whole process medical information support, quality of medical service and working efficiency can be improved. Methods： Based on requirement of medical service information system structure which include 3 grades structure has been designed, so data can be exchanged between the medical service database system and smart mobile phone terminal through wireless network. Medical information of patients can be reached by doctors, and the information service is not limited by time or space. Results ＆ Conclusion： By clinically using PDA platform, medical service can by improved more promptly, efficiently and safely. And patients can get relatively extended medical service. Medical risk can by reduced and medical service quality, efficiency and management level can be improved. And much more wide use of this system can be expected.
