单侧膝关节多发韧带损伤手术治疗后患者满意度调查

Investigation of patient satisfaction after surgical treatment of unilateral knee joint multiple ligament injuries

目的调查单侧膝关节多发韧带损伤术后满意度情况及影响因素。方法收集本院自2010-01—2015-02单侧膝关节多发韧带损伤行手术治疗的113例患者,术后1年给113例患者邮寄一份由笔者设计的单侧膝关节多发韧带损伤的满意度量表,其中包含对手术疗效的总体满意度、对具体功能和症状缓解程度的13个单项满意度以及可能的影响因素。收集患者作答后的满意度量表并统计分析。结果 84例寄回了量表,总体满意度78.57%,13个单项满意度分别为平地行走89.26%、住院期间医护人员的服务态度84.52%、经治医生术前谈话签字内容与过程83.33%、消除关节僵硬感80.95%、疼痛缓解79.76%、恢复家务73.80%、术后改善跛行72.62%、术后住院天数70.24%、关节活动度66.67%、快走或慢跑64.29%、下楼梯59.52%、上楼梯57.14%、下蹲53.57%。其中参加运动的频率、术前伴发疾病、是否按照医师要求康复锻炼、术后并发症、术后最大活动量为满意度的影响因素。结论单侧膝关节多发韧带损伤行手术治疗患者总体满意度较高,单项满意度中平地行走最高,下蹲最低。

Objective To identify the satisfaction rate in patients of unilateral knee joint multiple ligament injuries after surgical treatment and its effect factors. Methods One hundred and thirteen cases of unilateral knee joint muhiple ligament injuries who received surgical treatment in our hospital were investigated from January 2010 to February 2015. An unilateral knee joint multiple ligament injury questionnaire consisting of the overall satisfaction with surgery, the satisfaction rate of each of 13 specific items and the related effect factors was developed, and the questionnaires were mailed to those patients at least 1 year after surgical treatment.The questionnaires with the patients＇ response were collected and analyzed statistically. Results The questionnaire was returned from 84 patients. The overall satisfaction rate was 78.57%. The satisfaction rate of each of, 13 specific items were walking on fiat ground （89.26%）, service attitude of the medical staff （84.52%）, the content and process of talking and signing of doctors before operation （83.33%）, eliminating joint stiffness （80.95%）, the relief of pain （79.76%）, returning to do housework （73.80%）, improvement of lameness after operation （72.62%）, hospitalization time after operation （70.24%）, range of knee motion （66.67%）, walking fast or jogging （64.29%）, going down stairs （59.52%）, mounting stairs （57.14%）, squatting （53.57%）. The related effect factors included frequency of participating in exercise, preoperative complicated disease, recovery exercise according to the methods of their doctors, postoperative complications and the active amounts after operation. Conclusion The overall satisfaction rate in patients of unilateral knee joint multiple ligament injuries after surgical treatment is comparatively ideal. The best satisfaction rate of each of 13 specific items is walking on flat ground and the worst is squatting.
