摘要
采用两步预镀的方式解决了钼片与镀钌层之间的结合力差的问题。主要工艺流程包括除油、阳极浸蚀、碱洗、弱浸蚀、出光、预浸、预镀铬、预镀镍和镀钌。采用此工艺省去了高温退火,能耗低,所得钌面层与钼片基体结合牢固。
The problem of poor adhesion of electroplated ruthenium coating to the molybdenum slice was solved by a two-step pre-plating method. The process mainly includes degreasing, anodic etching, alkaline cleaning, slight etching, bright dipping, pre-immersing, chromium pre-plating, nickel pre-plating and ruthenium plating. The process removes the high- temperature annealing, lowering the energy consumption. The electroplated ruthenium topcoat is firmly adhered to the molybdenum slice substrate.
