摘要
目的:分析用根治性切除术治疗中晚期胆囊癌的疗效。方法 :对2014年8月至2015年8月期间西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的78例中晚期胆囊癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这78例患者分为姑息组(共30例)与根治组(共48例)。采用姑息性手术对姑息组患者进行治疗,采用根治性切除术对根治组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者相关的手术指标、术后并发症的发生率与5年内的生存率。结果 :两组患者手术持续的时间、术中的出血量及住院时间等相关指标相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后并发症的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。根治组患者5年内的生存率显著高于姑息组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :用根治性切除术对中晚期胆囊癌患者进行治疗可显著提高其术后5年内的生存率,提升其远期疗效。
Objective To analyses the curative effect of radical surgery for the advanced gallbladder. Methods To do retrospective study to clinical material of 78 patients of advanced carcinoma of gallbladder treated in The first affiliated hospital of Xi ＇ an Jiaotong University in August 2014 to August 2015. To divide 78 patients into 2 groups,control group（30 patients） and experimental group（48 patients）.Treat control group with palliative operation, treat experimental group with radical surgical. To compare surgery indicator, occurrence rate of postoperative complications and 5-years survival rate of two groups in the end of treatment. Results There was no statistical significant in discrepancy of surgery time, bleeding volume and length of stays of two groups（P 〉 0.05）. There was no statistical significant in occurrence rate of postoperative complications （P 〉 0.05）. 5-years survival rate of experimental group is higher than control group, discrepancy of 5-years survival rate of two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treat advanced carcinoma of gallbladder with radical surgery can promote 5-years survival rate of patient, improve curative effect of treatment.
