摘要
利用高效液相色谱证实了环毛蚓 (Pheretima sp.)蚓粪中至少存在两种植物激素 (IAA和 GA3) ,蚓粪中 IAA和GA3的含量分别可达 1 3 .9mg/kg和 49.9mg/kg,为原土的 1 3 .6和 8.2倍。采用包括蚓粪提取液、原土提取液、Haogland营养液、蒸馏水、IAA、GA3等在内的 1 1种供试液进行绿豆插条不定根发生的生物试验 ,结果表明 :在相同条件下 ,蚓粪提取液处理的绿豆插条比其它处理提早 3天出现不定根。统计证明 ,与原土提取液、Haogland营养液、蒸馏水等处理相比 ,蚓粪提取液处理可显著提高绿豆插条不定根的数量、长度和生物量。蚓粪提取液对不定根发生数量的诱导效应与 85~1 70μmol/L的 IAA溶液相当 ,但从不定根根长和根生物量来看 ,蚓粪提取液的效果优于IAA.
Using a high performance liquid chromatography, two kinds of plant hormones (IAA and GA 3) were identified from earthworm ( Pheretima sp.) casts. Concentrations of the IAA and the GA 3 in the earthworm casts were 13.9 mg/kg and 44.9 mg/kg, respectively, approximately 13 6 and 7 4 times higher than that in the surrounding soils. Bioassay of mung bean cutting was carried out with 11 different test liquids, including cast extract (1∶2,w/v), parent soil extract (1∶2,w/v), Haogland nutrient solution, distilled water, solutions with IAA or GA 3, and etc. Results of the bioassay indicated that initiation of the adventitious roots induced by the cast extract was ahead of three days in comparison with those induced by other solutions. Statistical test demonstrated that the numbers, length and fresh weight of the adventitious roots treated by the cast extract increased significantly, in contrast with those treated by extracts from the parent soil, Haogland nutrient solution and distilled water. Effect of the cast extract on the adventitious root numbers was equivalent to 85~170μmol/L IAA induced activity, while it was more effective for root elongation and biomass accumulation than IAA.
