摘要
随着混合动力汽车和纯电动汽车的发展,能量存储装置对汽车的安全性和可靠性的影响越来越受到重视。电池管理系统(BMS)是提高车辆安全,延长电池寿命,减少能量损耗的关键。如何对BMS的软件和硬件进行开发和验证变得非常重要。使用实际的电池进行相关的研究,会带来极大的不便之处,如实验耗时长、可重复性差、故障注入危险以及难以复现等;而单纯的软件模型不具备实时性也没有硬件的连接,可验证的功能非常有限。为了克服这些困难,使用RT-lab平台针对BMS构建了一个硬件在环测试平台,具有很好的可调性、实时性、灵活性和普适性,可以全面地对BMS进行测试,节省成本和时间。
With the development of the hybrid electric vehicle and electric vehicle, it is important to pay attention to the impact of energy storage device on vehicle safety and reliability. BMS is the key technology to enhance vehicle safety, prolong battery life and reduce energy loss. The development and test of BMS software and hardware are very important. Using the real battery ,to conduct relative development has some shortcoming, such as long time consuming, poor reproducibility and limited testing capacity. In order to overcome the difficulty, RT-lab platform was used to construct a hardware test platform in loop, and the adjustable platform has advantages of real-time, flexibility and adaptability, and can be used to test BMS to save cost and time.
