新型MXene材料在超级电容器中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 MXene是2011年发现的一类新型前过渡族金属碳化物或氮化物二维材料,只有几个原子层的厚度,与石墨烯具有类似的结构。MXene具有丰富的物理性能,如电子、磁性、光学、热学、机械性能等;并且具有大的比表面积和良好的导电性,使之成为超级电容器的理想电极材料。综述了MXene电极材料的合成、表面官能团的作用、复合材料及其在超级电容器中应用等方面的研究进展,展望了MXene材料在超级电容器上的研究前景。 MXene is a novel two-dimensional transition metal carbide or nitride material discovered in 2011, which is only several atomic layers thick, and has similar structure with graphene. MXene has many interesting physical properties, including electronic, magnetic, optical, thermal and mechanical properties. Besides, MXene has large specific surface area and good electricity, which makes it an ideal electrode material for supercapacitors. The research progress of synthesis, surface functional group, composite and application for supercapacitor of MXene was introduced. The future research outlook for MXene as supercapacitor electrode material was given.
