石化装置关键机组磨损监控平台研发

摘要 随着科技的不断发展,石化机械设备逐步朝着大型化、复杂化的方向发展,保证设备能够安、稳、长、满、优的运行,是企业当前迫切需要解决的问题。若能实时监测设备的润滑磨损状态,在发生故障前及时报警,就可以达到降低经济损失的目的。提出了通过建立综合评判石化设备的监控平台来判定其润滑、磨损状态,该平台主要包括:反映设备磨损状况的磨粒图库部分、通过多元统计分析建立判定润滑状态的数据分析系统和反映现场工况信息的检维修记录部分。 With continuous development of the science and technology, the petrochemical machinery develops gradually towards the direction of large scale and complexity. Ensuring their safe, stable, full-load and efficient operation becomes urgent to enterprises at present. Real-time monitoring the equipment' s lubrication and wear conditions and timely giving an alarm in advance can achieve the purpose of reducing economic loss. Establishing a comprehensive evaluation platform for petrochemical equipment' s lubrication and wear conditions was proposed where the debris images which reflecting the status of the equipment abrasion, the data analysis system for multivariate statistical analysis of lubrication state and the inspection and maintenance records which reflecting the work information are included.
