摘要
通过对比实验研究了气液两相流对板式换热器污垢特性的影响。结果表明:板式换热器污垢热阻值随着含气量的增大而减小,含气量越多,扰动越强,其污垢热阻值越小。同时发现相同含气率条件下气泡尺寸越小,抑垢效果越好。
Through comparative experiments, the gas-liquld flow's influence on the fouling characteristics of plate heat exchangers was studied. The results show that, the fouling thermal resistance of plate heat exchangers can decrease gradually with the increase of air content and the more air content can incur stronger disturbance and smaller fouling thermal resistance; under the condition of the same bubble content, the small size of the bubbles can bring about better anti-fouling effect.
