弹性丙烯酸屋面节能防水涂料的性能及应用研究

Study on Performance and Application of Elastic Acrylic Roof Energy-saving and Waterproofing Coatings

采用不同纯丙乳液制备了弹性丙烯酸屋面节能防水涂料,并研究了不同乳液和养护时间对涂膜基本性能的影响。结果表明,本研究制备的弹性丙烯酸屋面节能防水涂料B#具有优异的耐候性、抗紫外线性能、表面保护作用、防水效果、较高的太阳光反射率以及优异的力学性能。文章介绍了该涂料的施工工艺和应用案例。

Elastic acrylic roofing energy-saving waterproofing coating is prepared by using different pure acrylic emulsion, and the influences of different emulsions and curing times on basic properties of the coatings were studied. The results show that elastic acrylic roofing energy-saving waterproofing coating B# has good performances such as excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, surface protection, waterproofing effect, high solar reflectivity and mechanical properties. This article also introduces its construction process and application.
