摘要
由于莲子的种类繁多,尺寸大小不同、外壳坚韧、莲子壳与仁间隙较小等问题的存在,现有的脱壳技术适应性不高,存在着损伤莲子、效率低下等问题。为了改善鲜莲子剥壳机的加工现状,分析总结了莲子的物理机械特性及脱壳技术的研究现状,指出了现有脱壳技术存在的不足,为鲜莲子脱壳机械关键机构设计和试验研究提供了依据,并提出一种鲜莲子脱壳新技术方法。
As there are problems of many types of lotus seed,different size,tough shell, small gap between shell and kernel, the existing Shelling technology is not high. Lotus seed is easily harmed and the efficiency is low. To improve the processing of fresh lotus seed shelling,the lotus seed physical mechanical properties and research of shelling technology were analysed. It pointed out the existing various insufficient of shelling technology and provided the basis for design and experimental research for key institutions of fresh lotus seed shelling. The new technology and methods of fresh lotus seed shelling was proposed.
