长链非编码RNA与子宫内膜异位症关系的研究进展

摘要 子宫内膜异位症是常见的妇科疾病,目前病因不明,许多研究认为其发生发展可能与基因有关。长链非编码RNA(lnc RNA)是一类长度为200~100 000 bp且无蛋白质编码功能的RNA分子。其通过多种途径参与基因的表达调控,在个体正常发育和疾病发生中起着重要作用。本文就近年来与子宫内膜异位症相关的lnc RNA研究进展作一综述,旨在探索子宫内膜异位症的发病机制,并为早期诊断、靶向治疗提供新的策略。 Endomelriosis is a common gynecological disorder with unknown causes. Most researchers believe that genetic factors play pivotal roles in its development and maintenance. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is defined as RNA molecules with a length of 200-100 000 nucleotides that lack protein-coding capacity. It plays an important role in various processes of individual development and diseases progression through regulating gene expression in different mechanism. This review of lncRNA in endometriosis aims to explore the pathogenesis of endometriosis and provides information for new biomarkers or novel therapeutic targets.
