摘要
肾癌恶性程度高,靶向药物对其效果有限。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)通过作用于肾癌相关信号通路,发挥促癌或抑癌的作用。本文主要阐述了miRNA在肾癌中的表达水平、与肾癌相关信号通路的关系及miRNA在肾癌的早期检测、临床预后和临床治疗应用中的研究现状。
Though the adjuvant sunitinib or sorafenib has been proved in treatment to patients with renal cell carcinoma(RCC), the benefits from drug therapies are limited due to the highly malignant behavior of RCC. The microRNAs(miRNA), as inhibitors or activators in RCC patients,is involved in the signal pathways(like VHL/c MET) in RCC. This review elaborates current studies of the role that miRNAs plays in RCC,including expression level and specific signal pathways between miRNAs and RCC. Besides, we summarize the clinical application(such as detection, prognosis prediction and treatment) of miRNAs in RCC patients.
