大脑左右半球大动脉粥样硬化性缺血性卒中临床特征差异性研究进展

Research advances in interhemispheric differences of clinical characteristics in large-artery atherosclerotic ischemic stroke

颅内外大动脉粥样硬化是缺血性脑血管病事件发生的主要原因之一。临床研究发现左右侧大脑半球大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者在临床症状和体征、功能结局、梗死病灶大小与位置分布、血管病变特征等方面具有差异性,本文对相关研究进展进行综述。

Atherosclerosis of large intracranial and extracranial artery is one of the main causes of ischemic stroke. Some clinical studies suggest that left-to-right asymmetry may exist in terms of clinical symptoms, signs and outcomes, volume and location of infarcts, features of culprit vascular lesions of large-artery atherosclerotic stroke. Research advances in this field are summarized in this article.
