摘要 为了更有效的控制某转动装置弹簧助力封闭机构的重量,且满足强度、刚度要求,根据某厂家技术要求,分别采用304不锈钢与TA2钛合金两种材料,通过使用SolidWorks三维设计软件建立该机构的三维模型,应用MATLAB软件对该机构的运动过程进行仿真模拟,从中选出两个危险工况,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件分别对两种不同材料下的门体进行有限元分析,验证是否能满足强度刚度要求。结果表明,采用MATLAB运动仿真选出危险工况与ANSYS结构分析对比发现,相比304不锈钢材料,使用TA2钛合金材料,门体重量减轻了43%。 In order to control the weight of the spring power closed mechanism of a rotational device more effectively, and meet the demands of strength and rigidity, two kinds of materials 304 stainless steel and TA2 titanium alloy were used on the mechanism. Three -dimensional model of the mechanism is established using 3D design software SolidWorks, and the movement process of the mechanism is simulated of using MATLAB software. The finite element analysis of the door made of two kinds of materials is carried out under two dangerous working conditions to verify whether it can meet the strength and rigidity. The results show that under the premise of meeting the use requirements, the weight of the door using TA2 titanium alloy materials reduce 43% than that using 304 stainless steel materials.
