摘要 液力变矩器与发动机的合理匹配直接关系着整车动力性,经济性的优良与否。对于车辆不同的性能要求和路况差别,匹配的侧重点又会有很大区别,首先,通过分析发动机和液力变矩器的基本特性和匹配计算过程,建立匹配计算的数学模型,根据匹配目标的要求列出匹配评价指标。其次,通过利用Matlab软件编程完成WP13型发动机和DM152A型液力变矩器的匹配计算。最后,结合各档变速档位的传动比和传动效率计算出档位的牵引力,验证匹配计算的准确性。 Reasonable matching of the hydraulic torque converter and engine concerns the vehicle power and economy. According to different performance requirements and road conditions of vehicles, the emphasis of the matching is different. Firstly, trough analysis of matching calculation process between the engine and hydraulic torque converter and their basic characteristics, mathematical model of matching calculation was built. And evaluation indicators of matching were given according to the target of the matching. Secondly, the matching calculation of WP13 engine and DM152A hydraulic torque converter was completed by programming in Matlab. Finally, traction of each gear was calculated to verify the accuracy of the matching calculation, combining the transmission ratio and transmission efficiency of gears.
