摘要
某46MW机组在修后启动过程中,发电机转子振动严重超标,威胁到机组的安全稳定运行。通过现场振动数据采集分析,准确研判出引起发电机转子振动异常的原因为装配振动探头的Z型支架存在共振及发电机转子存在质量不平衡。通过对Z型支架进行加固和对发电机转子进行高速动平衡,消除了发电机振动异常故障,机组振动达到了优秀水平,为类似振动故障的处理提供参考。
After repair of a 46 MW unit,the vibration of the generator rotor was exceeded in starting process,which threatened the security and stability of the unit. The reason of abnormal vibration of generator rotor is obtained by means of data collection and analysis. The resonance of Z type bracket and the mass unbalance of generator rotor are main causes. Through reinforcing the Z type bracket and high speed dynamic balance,the vibration fault of the generator was eliminated. This case provides a reference for dealing with similar vibration fault.
