摘要
基于SolidWorks的多实体钣金零件设计和API二次开发功能,实现钣金自动化展开和工程图输出。采用模型尺寸变量与VB编程技术相结合的思路,创建钣金零件参数化建模与制图程序。从而突破传统的、重复性的逐一钣金零件展开制图方法,提升设计员的工作效率,节约成本。
Trough multi entity sheet metal design and API secondary development based on SolidWorks, the function that the sheet metal is unfolded automatically and engineering drawing is outputted was realized. Combination of model dimension variable and VB programming technology, the parametric modeling and drawing program of sheet metal were created. This method breaks through the traditional and repetitive method of sheet metal unfolding and drawing, and enhances the work efficiency of designer, saves costs.
