摘要 振动总量是反映发动机整机振动水平的重要指标,也是发动机状态监视的重要参数。如何排除噪声干扰,从成分复杂的振动信号中提取振动总量,直接影响到振动测量结果的准确性。提出一种基于频谱分析的航空发动机振动总量计算方法,在常用的频域振动总量计算方法中加入了分量筛选功能,可有效地提高计算结果精度。通过多次飞行试验数据验证,得到该方法的计算误差为:低频段平均误差为4.0%;高频段平均误差为1.5%。证明其具有很好的工程应用价值。 The total vibration is an important indicator that reflects the vibration level of aero engine and an important parameter of the engine status in flight test. Therefore, the accuracy of the vibration measuring result was directly related to the method of eliminating noise and obtaining the total vibration from a complex vibration signal. An obtaining method of total vibration of aero engine based on spectrum filtration was proposed. The method added component filtering capabilities on the basis of the traditional calculation method,the accuracy could be improved effectively. Trough repeated flight tests, the results indicated that the average error of low - frequency stage was 4.0% on and that of high - frequency stage was 1.5% , which proved the engineering application value of the method.
