摘要
本文主要介绍油田含聚污水处理的工艺流程、关键工艺参数的控制方法研究以及测控系统的软、硬件设计。提出基于电化学法和物理法相结合的含聚污水处理方法。详尽论述基于组合bang-bang控制算法的温度控制、基于多段磁滞回线控制算法的液位控制和基于PPM比值控制的化学药剂加药控制等控制方法的研究。具体给出基于dsPIC30F4013单片机的测控系统硬件结构设计和相应的测控软件设计。完成的含聚污水处理测控系统于2015年4月28日在绥中CEPK平台上顺利完成现场试验。
This paper describes the process of sewage containing polymer, the control method research of critical process parameters and the design of software & hardware. A combination method based on electronic and physical is proposed in order to resolve sewage containing polymer. Temperature control based on combined bang-bang algorithm, liquid level control based on multiple segment hysteresis loop algorithm, chemical dosing control based on PPM ratio are discussed in detail. The hardware architecture design of measurement & control system and the corresponding software design based on dsPIC30F4013 are fully introduced. The apparatus by above-mentioned method has been successfully filed tested in Suizhong CEPK platform on April 28, 2015.
