基于电压测量控制的节能型高压直流接触器的设计研究

摘要 提出了一种基于电压测量控制技术和PWM脉宽调制技术的节能型高压直流接触器的设计方案及实现方法。介绍了其硬件组成及软件结构,并用动态电位测量技术对线圈电压进行闭环反馈控制,且可通过微控制器对接触器进行智能化功能扩展。试验结果表明,该方案能够使接触器在相对较低的功耗下稳定可靠地运行,改善了接触器吸合过程中的触点弹跳问题,解决了接触器长时间运行时的线圈发热问题,在提高接触器电寿命、节能降噪方面具有较大优势,达到了预期设计目标。 A design scheme and implementation method of energy-saving high-voltage D. C. contactor is presented, based on voltage measurement of magnet coil and PWM pulse width modulation technology. This artide introduces the hardware and software structure. With the dynamic voltage measurement technology, the closed loop feedback control is built on the contactor coil. It can be easily performed its intellegent function extention in the future. Experiment results show that the energy-saving contactor can be run under low power consumption reliably and stably, and possesses the metrits of redacting operation noise, contact bounce and coil heat, and prolonging electrical life.
