摘要
机械采油目前早已成为了国内油田的主要举升方式,由此导致了油田也成为了耗能大户,在此针对油田抽油机井交变负载的运行特点,以常规Y系列电机为基础,研制开发了适应抽油机井特性的多功率电动机,该电动机克服了以往节能电机难于实现启动与运行功率间时时自动切换的弊端,真正实现了抽油机运行负载与电机输出负载间的合理匹配,该技术达到了国内先进水平,在现场的实际应用中见到了较好的节能效果。
The mechanical oil production has become a major way of lifting domestic oil, resulting in oil has become a major energy consuming. Then according to the operation characteristics of pumping unit load alternating field, the conventional Y series motor based, developes to adapt to multi power and energy-saving motor pumped wells of the motor characteristics, to overcome the past that it is difficult to realize the disadvantages of energy-saving motor starting and running of automatic switching power from time to time, the real implementation of the pumping unit running load and reasonable matching of motor output load. The technology has reached the domestic advanced level, to meet a better energy-saving effect in the practical application.
