摘要
基于近年来对翻车机卸车系统不断增强的控制需求,结合多年来现场调试和使用维护经验,通过与翻车机传统PLC控制系统的对比论证,设计了一种具有远程布置的分布式I/O站,并且应用了多种现场总线通信技术的控制系统。基于华润徐州彭城电厂三期翻车机工程实例,论述了该系统的方案设计、网络结构及硬件组成,并通过控制软件实现了系统的组态配置和工艺功能。该控制系统增强了翻车机控制系统自动化水平,而且使其更加智能化,保证了系统的可靠性,并且提高了系统的作业效率。
Followed these years increasing control requirements in car dumper unloading system, applied the experiences of many years onsite commissioning and system operation, through the comparative demonstration with traditional PLC control system, one control system with remote distributed I/O stations applying field buses communication is designed. Based on the practical project of phase III car dumper system in CR Xuzhou Power Plant, the system solution, network structure and the hardware configuration are detailed expounded. The configuration settings and process functions are achieved by the control and programming software. The application of the designed system not only increases the automotive level for the car dumper system, but makes it more intelligent and ensures the reliability and the working efficiency.
