摘要
水利水电工程具有规模大、难度大、新技术应用率高等特点,设计则是水利水电工程开发和实施的关键部分,设计过程中必须考虑多种因素的影响。因此,水利水电工程对设计工作具有较高的要求,以此达到减少误差、节省资源的效果。本文从三维协同设计的概念入手,深入分析三维协同设计的优势及其发展现状,以南北水调京石段工程为研究实例,进一步介绍该工程三维系统设计质量控制方法,以期为水利水电工程设计质量管控工作提供一定借鉴和参考。
Water conservancy and hydropower engineering has the characteristics of large scale, difficult and high application rate of new technology. Design is a key part of water conservancy and hydropower engineering development and implementation. In the design process, we must consider the impact of many factors. Therefore, the water conservancy and hydropower engineerings have higher requirements on design work, so as to achieve the effect of reducing errors and saving resources. Based on the concept of three-dimensional collaborative design, this paper in-depth analyzes the advantages of three-dimensional collaborative design and its development situation. Taking the Beijing-Shijiazhuang section of the South- to-North Water Transfers Project as an example, the quality control method of the three-dimensional system design is further introduced so as to provide some reference for design quality control work of water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
