摘要
[目的/意义]通过对微圈、微圈舆情的概念与特征分析夯实了舆情的基础理论体系,有助于推动新形势下的网络舆情治理研究。[方法/过程]通过对新媒体、网络群体以及舆情概念的分析,构建和阐述微圈以及微圈舆情的内涵,并分析微圈舆情的要素特征。[结果/结论]微圈是一种基于新媒体主体身份认定的网络社交群体。微圈舆情是指舆情主体在新媒体空间内,针对借助于新媒体平台传播的中介性社会事项对公权力拥有者所产生和持有的社会政治态度。微圈舆情的主体、客体、中介性社会事项及空间四要素呈现出相应的新特征。
[ Purpose/Significance] Based on the concept and features analysis of micro-circle and micro-circle public opinion, the re- search reinforces the basic theoretical system of public opinion, which is helpful to promote the research of net-mediated public sentiment under the new social situation. [ Method/Process ] Through the analysis of the new media, the network group and the concept of the public opinion, the connotation of micro-circle and micro-circle public opinion is constructed and elaborated, and the characteristics of micro- circle public opinion are analyzed. [ Result/Conclusion] Micro-circle is a kind of network social group based on the identity of the new media. Micro-circle public opinion is people' s social and political attitudes towards the public power holders in the new media space via referring to the intermediary social affairs dissemination through new media platform. The four elements of micro-cirele public opinion are subject, object, public affairs and space, and they are showing corresponding new features.
