Construction of American Professional Network Security Education System and Its Enlightenment

[目的/意义]随着全球信息技术的飞速发展,网络空间已成为一国主权空间的重要组成部分。构建完备的网络安全专业教育体系,着力培养网络安全人才,有助于国家在激烈的网络空间竞争中掌握主动权与发展权。美国作为世界上网络化与信息化程度最高的国家之一,已基本形成科学合理的网络安全专业教育体系,对其进行系统研究能够为我国网络安全专业教育体系的建立提供有益的参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]在回顾了美国网络安全专业教育实践进展后,从学科专业设置、实践教学、制度保障、主体联动机制、财政投入等方面系统分析了美国网络安全专业教育体系建设情况。[结果/结论]在此基础上,结合我国网络安全专业教育的发展现状,提出合理设置学科专业、积极搭建实训平台、完善政策支撑体系、构建协同治理机制等建议。

[ Purpose/Significance ]With the rapid development of global information technology, cyberspace has become an important part of the sovereign space of a country. It＇s conductive to master the opportunity of initiative and development in the fierce competition in cyberspace by constructing a perfect professional network security education system to train network security talents. The United States, as one of countries with the highest degree of network and informatization, has basically formed a scientific professional network security edu- cation system, which can provide useful reference for the construction of professional network security education system to China. [ Meth- od/Process] The construction of American professional network security education system is systematically analyzed from the aspects of subject setting, practical teaching, institutional guarantee, stakeholders＂ linkage mechanism and financial input, after reviewing its devel- opment of the practice of professional network security education. [ Result/Conclusion] On this basis, combined with the present situation of professional network security education in China, some suggestions have been put forward, including setting up the discipline and spe- cialty scientifically, building up the practical training platform actively, perfecting the policy support system and establishing the collabora- tive governance mechanism, etc.
