“U-G-E”全链式协同提升经管人才职业胜任力的改革与实践

摘要 以提升职业胜任力为导向的三螺旋模型是推进应用型高校教学改革的重要理论基础,在实践中,围绕三螺旋理论构建了职业胜任力"双层"内涵指标体系、全链式协同育人体系和"U-G-E"深度融合的联接机制,走出了一条以提升职业胜任力为共同社会价值,能够适应应用型高校经济管理人才的培养道路,在培养理念、课程设置、教学模式、实验实训、双师型队伍建设、工学结合等方面进行了有益的探索,取得了显著成效,应用型人才特色更加鲜明。 The Triple Helix Model oriented to promote career competence is a key theoretical foundation for promoting teaching reform of applied higher education. Based on the theory, we have constructed the double connotation indexes of career competence, education system of full chain coordination, and U - G - E integration mechanism. We have paved the way to applied higher education which aims to promote the students' career competence as the common social value, and train talents for economic management. Remarkable achievements have been made in training theory, curriculum design, teaching mode, experiment and practice, training instructor-engineer teachers, and work-study combination, etc.
