广西贵港市市售水果中柑橘的安全性检测与分析

A Study of Safety Detection and Analysis of Citrus Sold in Guigang Fruit Market

为了对贵港市市售水果柑橘进行安全性检测,用原子吸收光谱法测定重金属的含量,用农业部部颁标准NY/T448-2001方法对农残进行定性检测。根据测定的重金属元素(Cd、Zn、Cu、Pb、As、Cr)与有机磷和氨基甲酸脂类残留的含量表明,所采集的测量样本都符合国家绿色食品卫生标准。

Safety detection of citrus sold in Guiguang City was conducted. Content of heavy metals （ Cd, Zn, Cu, Pb, As, Cr） was tested by Atomic absorption spectrometry . Pesticide residues（ Organophosphate and carbamate lipid pesticides）was tested by the standard method NY/T448-2001 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. The result showed that the collected samples were in line with the national green food hygiene standards.
