摘要 Corin是一种Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶,近年来在高血压、心衰、冠心病等心血管领域的应用得到越来越多的关注。本文就Corin在心血管领域研究进展进行以下综述。 Corin is a kind of type II transmembrane serine protease.Recently,its application in cardiovascular field like hypertension,heart failure,coronary heart disease（CHD）etc.have received more and more attention.The present article made following review on research progress of Corin in cardiovascular field.
