摘要 直扩/跳频(DS/FH)测控系统是综合直序扩频和跳频体制而研发的新一代测控系统。针对当前DS/FH测控系统抗干扰效能评价方法研究不多的实际,基于层次分析法简便易行且体现专家偏好的优点,将三角模糊数、指数标度和层次分析法相结合,提出了一种改进的三角模糊数-层次分析法(TFN-AHP)。该方法通过采用指数标度提高差异较小指标的区分度,利用统计分析剔除极端数据,引入三角模糊数,最大限度地发挥专家的经验知识,实现了指标赋权的客观程度,进而提高了评价的客观性和准确度,评价结果贴近实际情况并在调研过程中得到了专家的认可。 Direct Sequence/Frequency Hopping(DS/FH) Telemetry,Tracking and Command(TTC) system is a new generation TTC system which synthesizes direct sequence spread spectrum and frequency hopping structure.Currently there are few DS/FH TTC system anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation methods.And AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is simple and easy,reflecting expert preference.An improved TFN-AHP is proposed through integrating TFN(Triangular Fuzzy Number),index scale and AHP.The method achieves the objective degree of index weighting,and improves the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation,using index scale to improve distinction of less index and statistical analysis to eliminate extreme data and introducing TFN to get expert knowledge at the most extent.Evaluation results are close to the actual situation,receiving affirmation of experts in the process of investigation.
