The social transformation has brought impacts to the traditional administration idea and the operational way, and the community differentiation and the interest diversification have made it hard for the existing community management system to adapt.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of community management systems and mechanisms, the enhancement of the community＇s self-service ability and service level,the innovation of community management model should be the important breakthroughs in community construction during the period of social transformation.
