体育场地投资结构、运营模式的特征及影响因素

Features and Influential Elements of Investment Structure and Operation Model of Sports Stadiums

运用数理统计法等方法实证研究我国体育场地投资及运营模式的特征、影响因素,并提出我国体育场地投资和运营策略。研究结果表明:体育场地投资以财政拨款为主,单位自筹为辅;体育场地的运营模式以自主运营为主;国民生产总值、第三产业比重、人均可支配收入、居民消费支出的提高有利于增加体育场地投资资金和体育场地运营模式的数量;人口密度的增大减少了体育场地投资资金和降低了体育场地运营模式数量。我国体育场地投资和运营策略包括引导社会资本参与体育场地投资,均衡东中西部体育场地投资资金,推进体育场地运营去"自主化",建立东西部体育场地运营合作机制,完善体育场地投资运营政策。

The paper analyses the features and influential elements of investment and operation model of the sports stadiums in China and proposes the strategies of investment and operation of sports stadiums in China.The investment of the sports stadiums is mainly from the government＇s fund.The operation model of sports stadiums is mainly the independent operation.The increase of GDP,ratio of the tertiary industry,average individual income and resident＇s expenditure can increase the investment of the sports stadiums and operation models of the sports stadiums.The increase of the population density can decrease the investment of the sports stadiums and the number of the operation models of the sports stadiums.The investment and operational strategy of the sports stadiums in China include introducing the social capital into the sports stadium construction,balancing the the investments of the sports stadiums in the eastern and western parts of China,promoting the dependent operation of the sports stadiums,establishing the cooperation operation of the eastern and western sports stadiums and improving the policy of the investment and operation of the sports stadiums.
