花样游泳编排创新是推动项目运动技术发展的动力,编排设计在一套集体自由自选的动作评分中至关重要。运用一般训练学和专项训练学相关理论,以里约奥运会花样游泳集体自由自选项目前五名的参赛队伍作为研究对象,通过影像分析法、数理统计法、专家访谈法,对里约奥运会花样游泳集体自由自选编排设计进行分析,以期为提高我国花样游泳集体自由自选项目的编排能力水平提供参考。

Design innovation of synchronized swimming is the driving force of the sports development. With relative theo- ries of general training and specific training study and the first five teams in the free collective item of synchronized swim- ruing as the research object, and with the research methods of video observation, statistics and expert interview, the paper analyses the design of the free collective item of synchronized swimming so as to improve the level of design.
