网球训练对高校男生肌肉力量和供能能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用最大肌肉力量、最大摄氧量、血乳酸等指标,探究网球对机体供能能力和肌肉力量的影响。结论:(1)网球训练对高校男生的背肌和上肢肌肉力量提高极其显著,对下肢肌肉力量的提高较不明显;(2)网球训练可显著提高高校男生的有氧能力,具体表现在最大摄氧量、乳酸阈强度显著大于对照组;(3)一年的网球训练对高校男生无氧能力的提高较不明显。 The paper discusses the influence of tennis training on muscle strength and energy supply with the mamators of maximum muscle strength, VO2 max and lactic acid. The paper concludes that: (1) tennis training can obviously improve the back muscle and arm muscle of college male students while it has less effect on the leg musclel (2) tennis training can improve the aerobic ability of the college male students and VO2 max and lactate threshold intensity are significantly grea- ter than the control group; (3) a year tennis training has little effect on improving the anaerobic ability of the college male students.
