摘要
针对弹光调制干涉信号频率高的特点及实时处理的要求,设计一种基于SOPC(System-on-a-Programmable-Chip)技术的可脱离PC环境的弹光调制干涉信号高速数据采集平台。通过在FPGA片上系统调用嵌入式软核处理器(Micro-Blaze),调整系统各部分IP核参数的方法,实现干涉信号的实时采集和处理。对卤钨灯光源经调制后的干涉信号进行采集和处理验证实验,实验结果表明,该系统可以对最大光程差为69.608μm的干涉信号进行实时采集与存储,采集的信号波形与实际弹光特性相一致。
A high-speed data acquisition platform,which can be separated from the PC environment based on a Programmable Chip(SOPC)technology, a system was designed against high frequency characteristic and real-time processing requirements of the photo-elastic modulator interference signal. Using the method of calling the embedded soft-core processor(Micro-Blaze) and adjusting each part of the system IP core parameter on chip of FPGA real-time data acquisition and processing of the interference signal can be realized. The results of acquisition and processing validation test of modulated signals of the tungsten-halogen light source shows that this system can acquire and store the interference signal in real-time while the optical path difference is 69.608 μm and the waveform of photo-elastic is consistent with the actual characteristics.
