针对营配调一体化应用现状,以营销、配网、调度各环节业务需求为研究对象,通过深入研究基于IEC-CIM的营配网末端设备公共信息模型、基于营配网末端设备公共信息模型的数据互操作服务应用、基于营配网末端设备公共信息模型的互联网应用,以及基于营配网末端资源的营销服务网点智能化关键技术,研发了一套营配调一体化模型互联网应用软件。该软件实现了各系统数据模型、交互接口的标准化、规范化以及国际化。辅以数据采录、维护、建模工作,能保障数据存储与交互的安全可靠,对内、对外提供智能化的服务应用。

It realizes the system data model, interactive interface standardization and internationalization, auxiliary data collection, maintenance, modeling plants. The security of data storage and interaction is also guaranteed reliable. The intelligent services of internal and external application are provided.
