摘要
应用CAE软件对汽车B柱滑板的注射成型过程进行仿真模拟,对翘曲变形的原因进行了分析,有针对性地进行了塑件结构优化设计,使翘曲变形满足产品使用要求。实践证明,CAE技术的应用对优化塑件结构及模具设计具有较好的效果。
The CAE software was applied to simulate the injection process of automobile B-pillar slide. The reason for the warpage deformation of slide was analyzed. The plastic structure was optimal designed to make the warpage deformation met the usage requirements. The practice proved that the CAE technology had a good effect on optimizing the plastic structure and mould design.
