摘要
对于高刚性塑件,难以通过其本身的弹性变形达到强制脱模的目的,通过一个实际工程案例,提出适用于高刚性塑件强制脱模的新型机构设计方案,同时结合计算机仿真技术对机构的受力状况做了分析计算,据此设计了相应的注射模,成功解决了高刚性塑件难以强制脱模的问题,为同类模具的设计制造提供一定的参考。
It was hard for high rigidity plastics to realize forced demoulding through itself elastic deformation. A new design scheme of forced demoulding mechanism for high rigidity plastics was proposed by studying a practical engineering case. At the same time, the stress state of the mechanism was analyzed and calculated combining with the computer simulation technology. According to the research, the relevant injection mould was designed. It successfully solved the forced demoulding problem for high rigidity plastics, which provided reference for similar mould design and manufacture.
