摘要
通过对铝填充环氧树脂模的制作工艺进行研究,分析了脱模机理,得到影响脱模的2个主要因素是脱模斜度和塑料与钢材之间的摩擦因数。分别针对2个因素对脱模力的影响进行了试验对比分析,得到了最佳的脱模斜度和塑料与钢材之间的摩擦因数,使铝填充环氧树脂模在制作过程中能顺利脱模。
Through the study on the process and demoulding mechanism of the aluminum-filled epoxy mould, two main factors for demoulding were draft and the friction coefficient between plastic and steel. After some comparison experiments, the optimal draft and friction coefficient were obtained.
