摘要
选用过80目筛的食用明胶作为酒的吸附剂,分子量为6000的聚乙二醇作为碳酸氢钠的包埋剂,无水柠檬酸作为酸化剂,制备出了综合性能良好的固体汽酒。
In this article, gelatin as wine adsorbent was studied. And polyethylene glycol 6000 as embedding medium of sodium bicarbonate, anhydrous citric acid as acidifying agent, the effervescence solid wine was manufactured.
