摘要
首次以氯化镍为催化剂,通过邻卤苯酚与苯乙炔关环实现2-取代苯并呋喃类化合物的合成,较难反应的吡啶类化合物也顺利获得相应产物。
NiCl2 as the catalyst, is the first time successfully used into the synthesis of 2-substituted benzofuran in the reaction of 2-halophenols and phenylacetylene, and the substrates with pyridine also give the desired products smoothly.
