摘要 本研究通过分析和对比不同培养基条件下海绵放线菌发酵产物对大肠杆菌的抑制效果,获得最优发酵培养基配方,即在ISP2培养基的基础上添加15 g/L乳糖作为附加碳源和5 g/L硫酸铵作为附加氮源。该研究结果为海绵放线菌发酵产活性物质的应用提供了一定的技术基础。 In this study, the optimal fermentation medium of ISP2 medium with 15 g/L lactose as an additional carbon source and 5 g/L ammonium sulfate as an additional nitrogen source was obtained by analyzing and comparing the inhibition effect of the fermentation products of sponge associated actinomycetes on Escherichia coli under different mediums conditions. The results of this study could facilitate the application of active substances produced from sponge associated actinomycetes.
