摘要
通过氧芴先结晶再精馏的工艺对氧芴原料进行精制。讨论了结晶所需溶剂的筛选,比较了温度和回流比对精馏过程的影响。结果表明,采用戊醇为溶剂,一次结晶可以除去苊组分。氧芴和芴含量分别为92.72%和7.28%,收率为55.1%;筛选出精馏最佳塔釜温度230℃、回流比为5∶1,得到氧芴含量为98.6%,芴含量62.1%。
The crystallization of dibenzofuran raw materials before rectification. To discuss the selection of solvent and compare the effects of temperature and reflux ratio on the distillation process. The results show that amyl alcohol can remove the acenaphthene component as the solvent in the primary crystallization. The content of dibenzofuran and fluorene are 92.72 % and 7.28 % respectively, the yield of dibenzofuran is 55.1 %. The optimum temperature of the bottom and reflux ratio is 230 ℃ and 5:1 respectively, getting the content ofdibenzofuran and fluorene are 98.6 % and 62.1%.
